The WordPress plugin
Run the check without leaving your shop: the plugin fetches the free report from konformia and shows the numbers right in wp-admin, with a link to the report.
What the plugin does, and what it does not
Under Tools you start the check with one click. The plugin follows the progress and then shows the numbers: to fix, notes, confirmed and not checkable, plus the link to the report with the fix for every point.
It also has a switch “Load Google Fonts locally”: the plugin copies the fonts your theme loads from Google to your server once and serves them from there. It stays off until you switch it on.
The check itself writes nothing to the shop. The plugin stores no credentials: ownership is proven only by a randomly generated secret, served publicly at its own address on your shop.
The shop has to be publicly reachable. Behind a password, a maintenance page or a firewall, konformia cannot fetch that address and the ownership check fails.
Installation
Search
In wp-admin go to Plugins, “Add New”, and search for “Konformia Shop-Prüfung”.
Install
Click “Install Now” next to “Konformia Shop-Prüfung”, then activate it.
Check
Open “Shop prüfen” under Tools and click the check button.
