Cookie check for your shop:
before the click and after “Reject”
Enter the address. We open the home page, a product page and the cart in a fresh browser and show every cookie and every service that loads without consent, also after a click on “Reject”.
What the cookie check measures
No questionnaire and no list from the banner tool: we look at what a new visitor's browser actually gets.
| What | EU reference |
|---|---|
| Cookies before consent Every cookie set before anyone chooses in the banner, with name, domain and lifetime. Session and cart cookies of your own domain are not counted. | Art. 5(3) Directive 2002/58/EC |
| Services before consent Analytics, advertising, pixels, videos, maps and fonts from third-party servers, with the page where they first load. | Art. 5(3) Directive 2002/58/EC |
| After a click on “Reject” We really click Reject and measure again. Whatever still loads is usually added twice. | Art. 5(3) Directive 2002/58/EC |
| Google Consent Mode Whether the Google tags already report “granted” before a choice, and whether the version 2 signals are missing. | Art. 5(3) Directive 2002/58/EC |
| Cookie attributes Whether your shop's session cookie carries Secure and HttpOnly. | Security, not a legal question |
| Servers outside the EU and disguised trackers Which country the loaded services have their servers in, and whether a subdomain of your shop points to a tracker via CNAME. | Art. 44 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 |
Step by step
Enter the address
Your shop's home page is enough. We find a product page and the cart ourselves; nothing to install, no sign-up.
Read the report
Usually in under two minutes, every cookie and service is in the report with where it loads, split into before consent and after “Reject”.
Fix it
For every point there are steps for your shop system and banner tool, free for 14 days with your email. You can also look yourself: Check your cookie banner yourself.
Measure again
Check again after every change. Plugin and theme updates often bring services back; with a plan we check every week and write when something new appears.
Questions
Is the cookie check free?
Yes, without sign-up and without a credit card. Every finding is in the report with where it loads; the steps to fix it come with your email, free for 14 days.
Does the check see what a cookie is for?
No. From outside we see name, domain, lifetime and who sets it, not its purpose. A long-lived cookie from an advertising service is still unambiguous.
Does it find every cookie?
It finds what loads on the home page, a product page and the cart without a login. It does not see pages behind a login or services that load only after minutes. If bot protection blocks us, the report says so instead of guessing.
Is this a legal check?
No. The check measures what happens technically and names the EU reference. It does not judge whether an exception applies in your case.
What a scan shows
The report separates what loads before consent, what keeps running after “Reject” and what could not be checked at all. The rules behind it: Cookies before consent and Google Consent Mode v2.
As of 14 October 2026. We name the reference so you can read it yourself; this is not legal advice.
